There currently exists a vacancy for the appointment of School Staff Instructor (SSI) at Downside School Combined Cadet Force (Wessex) for a WO or SNCO who is in the process of leaving or has recently left the Army.  Maj Gen B M Lane CBE OBE, a retired late Light Infantry officer, and Brig R H D Toomey CBE both have a vested interest with Downside School CCF and are keen for the post to be succeeded by a suitably qualified and dynamic Rifleman who can add value to the post.
