Job Description
1. Management of busy service department employing 10 -12 techn icians 2. Active service marketing to all customers selling "service contracts" and developing strong customer relationships 3. Control of service diary planning for all types of jobs 4. Responsible for job efficiency and customer satisfaction levels 5. Management and control over WIP and daily invoice production 6. Customer communications - verbal and written 7. Financial performance of department to hit all company budgets and objectives 8. Service staff management 9. Warranty administration, management and control 10. Management of Health and Safety for the service department. 11. Responsible for invoice and job query management in conjunction with credit control department 12. Liasing with our franchise suppliers for all matters relating to service dept. 13. Training needs for all service department staff
