ENTERPRISE CAR HIRE

The Jobs
Enterprise are seeking up to 30 management trainees for their West Midlands region. This covers Cheltenham, Birmingham and surrounding areas. The company prides itself on organic growth; every member of staff began as a management trainee and worked their way up to branch manager and beyond.
Applicants must have a degree or equivalent qualification (NVQ Level 6, ILM Level 5 or 6) and is therefore suitable for officers or SNCOs.
Your career will begin as part of a sales force targeted on customer satisfaction and financial performance. This means that you will build relationships with corporate and private customers, renting vehicles and additional equipment such as GPS systems and safety features.
Every branch works autonomously with its own approach to marketing, sales and management, meaning you are in control of your career and strategy for success. This is a sales and customer service focussed business requiring leadership, influencing and management skills.
In year one you will earn around £19,000, including bonuses and benefits. Subject to performance, you will be promoted to Assistant Manager, earning around £25,000 per year, and on to Branch Manager with a company car and package worth £30-50k. This journey takes four years on average, setting you up for a career path into other areas of the business
EXCEPTION PCB

The business manufactures Printed Circuit Boards for a very wide range of sectors. Around 50% of the core sales are to the Aerospace and Defence markets, with the USP that they are able to produce high-technology PCBs quicker than any competitor.
With a strong UK footprint, an international customer base and a growing Asian presence, they have invested consistently to satisfy the needs of the global Electronics industry. They have an electronics manufacturing heritage stretching back over 60 years.
The Tewkesbury site is exceptionally busy, requiring a number of new hires who are able to keep up with the fast-paced culture. This is a sector that requires flexibility, initiative and leadership to respond effectively to the customers’ requirements. The core workforce is very stable and there are opportunities for progression. The Jobs
Production Operatives x 10
No previous experience necessary, but would be an advantage. This role is initially temporary, requiring the ability to work autonomously and demonstrate speed and accuracy in a fast-paced production environment. Pay rates circa £6.50 per hour.
Shift Manager x 3
Managing a team of Production Operatives, you will have strong leadership and organisational skills, along with relevant experience in a similar role. Pay rates dependant on experience.
Maintenance Engineer
A multi-skilled role working on a three-shift rota. Previous experience in a maintenance role is essential for this one, ideally in a manufacturing environment. You should have electrical and mechanical skills and relevant qualifications. Package totals around £37k.
